The Menu Inspiration: Dawn and Darren’s celebration dinner was custom created by Owner and Chef, Cade Nagy, based on a few special requests from the bride. Provide an eight course high-end meal featuring all food guests could eat with their hands (no utensils).
The Concept: With small interactive courses, Dawn and Darren would be able to move about the room and engage guests at the intimate 30 person gathering. Each of the five tables featured two empty seats, allowing the bride and groom to join different tables for the culinary experiences. Menu items highlighted “traditional” foods presented with a twist! Guests had no idea what was to come and servers placed very simple menu cards at each place setting between courses, allowing the excitement and anticipation to continue throughout the night!
